Since last four decades, there have been a lot of efforts towards elimination of   gender inequalities that for many years have placed women in an inferior position to men. As we enter 21st century and beyond, gender disparities continue to reflect a situation of uneven level ground for opportunities and benefits for men and women. It’s in this regard that GCN programs and projects are tailor made to address issues of gender disparities and gender based violence especially in Education and encourages education attainment for girls.
