Programme involves issues on collaboration and networking with other like minded partners and members. This also involves collaboration with international organizations, charities and the private sector e.g. Proctor and Gamble, Cooperative Bank, Imperial Bank, Kenya Irish Society, Rotary International and Lions Club International. The collaboration aims at building and strengthening synergies for greater impact on the welfare of the girl child.

3.1. UNICEF Kenya –. North Eastern Province Girls Scholarship Programme. The aim of this project is to ensure girls from North Eastern in post primary education have access to quality education. While the project targets the girls in the scholarship programme.

3.2. Netherlands Development Organization (SNV) – School Management Committee Strengthening & School Improvement Planning in Narok South & North. Capacity building for schools in Kajiado and Eldoret municipality.

3.3. KPEP (Kenya Primary Education Project) - Capacity building for 10 schools in Nairobi city council slum areas on HIV/AIDS prevention, Care, Support and Mitigation Programme.

3.4. JLICED - Joint Learning Initiative for Children on Ethnicity and Diversity conference between 20th and 23rd September 2008. During the meeting, Kenya was represented by GCN. The meeting was organized by the Queens University Belfast in Nairobi. Participants were drawn from the public and private universities, civil organizations, NGO, CBOS that deal with early child hood programmes.

3.5. WWW – GCN is a coalition member of the Women Wont Wait Campaign, Kenya. It is also a member of the steering committee. WWW Campaign is an alliance of women’s rights, girl child and HIV/AIDS focused civil society organizations in Kenya intent in addressing the linkages between violence against women and girls and HIV/AIDS.

3.11. UNICEF Somalia
- Enhancing participation of the Adolescent girls through life based education & mentorship in order to develop their lives & well being of the communities. Girl Child Network in partnership with UNICEF Somalia is implementing the Girls Leadership Development Initiative (GLDI) project in Somaliland and Puntland through local partners- Women Activists (WAWA), Somaliland National Youth Organization (SONYO) and Somaliland Cultural and Sports Association (SOCSA).
