This Programme entails building the capacity of GCN members and the GCN secretariat to enhance effectiveness in implementing programmes. Girl Child Network has been able to undertake the following activities:

1. Local Resource Mobilization Workshops for GCN Chapter Members
2. Capacity Building Workshops for Chapter Members on Child Protection Policy and Establishment of Linkages and Referral Systems in the Community
3. Capacity Building Chapter Members on the GCN Strategic plan (2008-2011)
4. Sexual Offences Act dissemination workshops
5. Psychosocial Counseling Workshop
